Fine, Fine, Fine.
The beachfront access was everything I dreamed of! Picture this, stepping out of my room and having my toes in the sand just moments later, pure bliss! The amazing views from my Mailani Premier Ocean Double balcony literally stole my breath away each morning.

The hotel features beautiful ocean views and a lovely garden atmosphere, making it a peaceful retreat. However, the room was a bit outdated, and the amenities did not fully meet my expectations of luxury. Overall, it's a nice option for families looking for a relaxing beach experience, though some updates would enhance the experience.

A Wonderful Stay with Impressive Views
Our family enjoyed a fantastic 4-night stay in a charming garden view room. The highlight was waking up to stunning ocean views and the sounds of waves. Happy Hour at the outdoor bar was a delightful bonus. Pro tip, consider renting beach gear for convenience!

Ideal for a relaxing getaway
It was like magic. The staff treated me like I had just walked into El Heisenberg’s lair, friendly and ready to help. Plus, the daily yoga class? Pure euphoria. And don’t even get me started on the balcony views in the Mailani Tower, it was like looking out over my empire.
It wasn’t exactly bargain basement stuff, but you know what, it felt worth it.

historical charm with stunning ocean views and impeccable service from friendly staff
We had an unforgettable experience in a beautiful historic room. The staff were exceptional, especially Stanton at Surf Lanai, who made us feel at home.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically designed for families. The pool area could use more kid-friendly events.

The staff at check-in was welcoming. I enjoyed the location right in the heart of the vibrant neighborhood. The cleaning service was attentive. I appreciated the fresh banana bread offered at the bakery, though it has changed. My interaction at the bakery was friendly, which made my mornings better.
The housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay. I found stains in the bathroom, and the room was dark with limited lighting. I noticed a dirty towel in the pool area, and there wasn't enough attention paid to cleanliness.

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! The pools here cater perfectly to everyone’s needs. we loved the quiet and intimate Malulani Pool and the fun at Helumoa Playground for the kids. The resort is a great starting point for adventures nearby, and we appreciated the dining options in the area.
One downside was the room cleanliness. we found some areas that could use improvement. It was disappointing for a luxury resort.

I had a wonderful six-night stay. The private beach was stunning, and that complimentary banana nut bread in the room was a delightful surprise! I'd definitely choose this place again.

My daughter had a blissful honeymoon at this stunning pink oasis! She raved about the gorgeous ocean views from their room and the fantastic cultural classes offered. A true slice of paradise, for sure!
But honestly, the pool was so tiny, it felt like a kiddie pool—where's the deep end when you need one? And the beach chair situation? Let's just say, I'll bring my own next time!

Everything in the hotel was fantastic. The service from the staff was great and honestly caught me off guard.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

can recommend for a weekend stopover
Beautiful resort, convenient location with a private beach, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area which is just 20 km from the airport.
Noisy areas near the elevators could be bothersome.

The location's unbeatable, right on the beach and near all the shopping. The gardens are lush and a real retreat. Room service impressed me. the staff seemed genuinely attentive and friendly. I loved enjoying Mai Tais at the bar while soaking in the views of Diamond Head. However, some maintenance issues need addressing. I noticed the air conditioning was too loud at night, disrupting my sleep. Also, the bathroom cleanliness could be better. I found stains that shouldn't have been there. The overall vibe is beautiful, but it lacked some attention to detail in cleanliness and noise management.
